Airport Self Storage has a wide range of unit sizes to meet your storage needs. We also do not charge an outrageous admin fee, or require insurance on your unit. We are conveniently located by the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. With the airport so close, we specialize in longer term airport parking or luggage/equipment storage for those business or recreational travelers. Unlike the large storage companies we are small and flexible, and would like the opportunity to serve. Rent pro-rated the day you move in plus 1 month rent. No deposit fees.

Staff contacted me after the online reservation. Staff also called to make sure I was on my way to the facility to do the paperwork since it was getting towards the end of the workday. Staff was great.

This storage unit is not heavily secured, but I have no issues with it. It is hard to get into contact with customer service because of their very odd hours, but when you do, they are helpful and nice.

The staff checked me in, and got me a unit in perhaps fifteen minutes, with a minimum of trouble. They also worked with me on the first month's lease, which was the biggest help. Jeff and the female manager are extremely friendly and professional. If anyone is looking for s storage facility with not a lot to offer in the way of extras, but need a place to store their items; I highly recommend Airport Self Storage.

They are on top of it! I emailed for information when they were closed and the owner responded back! That goes a long way for me trying to get answers over the days they were off. The staff is very friendly and made me feel confident with my decision. This is a no-frills place. It's not fancy. But the price is the best one i found and to me that is much more important than fancy buildings

Facility is a bit weather-beaten and dusty, but the door closed and the lock fit! (And the gate opens and closes.) I also appreciate the 24-hour access, although from what I understand other places limit access hours to provide more security, so that theoretically makes this place slightly less secure. Also note that there is a minimum 3-month lease, which I didn't find out till I got there and was signing paperwork.

I had a great experience checking in with Shirley (I believe that's her name...), the manager. She was really kind & helped point me in the right direction regarding insurance, finding the right unit & getting in & out of the place. It's all a bit beat up & older looking, but the buildings are concrete & metal, and the locks work, so mission accomplished. The price is great, and the 24hr access is really convenient.

I liked receiving a text when the unit was ready the day before. I was able to stop by on my way in to town the day before the actual move and check out the unit and apply preventive bug treatment. I was thrilled to see the driveways were paved because the storage we use near Houston is gravel and you do get more dust in the units from it. Paperwork was easy and Susan was very helpful. It was nice that she checked out the gate code she gave me for the next day because we would have been up a creek with a van full of furniture if it did not. It was a very smooth move.

I got a storage space there and am happy with it so far. The lady that helped me was nice and would tell others about it if the experience stays true because I dont have an accurate opinion on the place yet because I have only been there for a week now :)

At the office Britt was great help in assisting me in getting a storage room. Not only did he clean out the room for me but later when we came with a trailer he helped direct us around a few sharp turns. I would reccomend this facility to anyone.

The office person was very helpful and courteous. She made accommodations that were just want I needed. She stayed late to finish business, which was greatly appreciated. It is easy to get to and quick access. Security is good. Competitive pricing.
