It was really smooth to move in. The staff was nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. I’m glad I found this place.

Not a great start. They quoted $117 but with all the hidden fees add ins etc it was $164 if not for homeowner's insurance it would have been closer to $200 for a 10X10X8 space. Deceptive practices. Then we find they can raise the price at any time. Then we arrived and the place was not open when it was supposed to be. When the employee appeared, she was overwhelmed with phone calls and customers. You don't get the feeling the corporation treats their employees well. She even mentioned that corporate doesn't even warn them when they decide to raise prices. That said they get an extra star for sweet employees who did their darndest to help us. Turns out she wasn't late but dealing with equipment failure. Alone.

had an issue online with the payment but i called and they fixed it immediately. clean place and just right size. 1/2 elevator out unfortunately, so had to walk a bit more

Workers are very friendly and helpful! Would recommend storage here. Very clean, well maintained with good cool temperatures.
