Fred is an excellent manager, his customer service, and people skills show what a genuine nice person he is looking out for the best of people. They’re lucky to have him on their team. Moving is never fun, but he made it seamless easy and has a great attitude about life. I’ve rented over 20 units in the past, and this definitely was the best experience that I’ve ever had.

Easy and affordable storage option. It was easy to move in and the customer service is really nice. However, it is a pretty small location and when I moved into my unit I saw mouse droppings and dead bugs in a corner of my unit. We cleaned it up and set up traps and it seems like there aren't continued pest problems but I am slightly worried about a possible mouse problem.

The whole process from initial phone call to move in has been fast and hassle free. The representative on the phone was friendly and knowledgable. The online check in was easy as was move in day. The storage unit was clean and the facility is well kept and clean also. I am very pleased with my decision to store at Life Storage Pond Springs Road.

Storage unit was broken into multiple times. Things were stolen and had no idea until we received a nasty email from the office saying there was no lock on the storage unit and would be charged if it stayed unlocked. They didn’t notice it was broken into until “too late” for video evidence. After the last time I had to go to storage crying to clean everything up and throw away family heirlooms that were broken we were finally able to move out of the unit thankfully. Do not rent here if you want to keep your things secure.

This place has some great starting deals and the lowest prices I found around. All the units are outside however they are all elevated enough that it appears rain water won't be able to get in!

This was my first time renting a storage unit and overall I'm very pleased with how it went. The area is clean and has rodent traps around to keep mice from chewing up all of your stuff. There's a security gate that you can access with your own code almost any time. My only complaint would be that the aisles were a bit narrow when trying to maneuver a truck and trailer and I had difficulty finding my spacw because the numbers didn't make sense.

The unit price was lower than other facilities in the area. However the 5x10's are not air conditioned like I was expecting. They do periodic security checks and call you if they find any problems with your unit.

Quick & Friendly service. Good value price comparatively. Initially a bit unhappy with distance from home, but easy access on/off 183. Like "motel style" setup - one floor, drive right up to your unit door (no doors, stairs or carts to deal with!)

The only problem we have is passing through the entry, the driveway is very short and because you pull to the left to enter the code others leaving become blocked. Otherwise it's great.
