Very clean and secure facility with good pricing. Only complaint I have is there is one okay sized elevator per building. This is a problem when there are multiple Moving trucks there at once.

The location is good, yet the parking and driveway are a little cramped. They squeezed a storage unit in between apartments and something else, so it can be difficult for large trucks. We arrived and the sign said they were open but nobody was in the office. After waiting for about 15 minutes, someone walked up. They had been offsite helping another client, but it would have been helpful to have a sign noting that and a number to call. I was paying my movers by the hour and had to wait for someone to show up, then wait while they finished with the client. Otherwise, everyone is nice. The units are clean and well kept.

Took me longer just to speak with an employee about getting the unit than it did for me to actually move all of my things into the unit. Happy with the space that I am renting, but have never waited so long for employees to help me (particularly when I was one of two customers in the entire place).

Awesome new place near downtown. Prices are ridiculously low right now, but (because it's month to month) they can raise them at any time. Really clean and new. Rep was really helpful.

I think I may have been the first to move in. This is a brand new, very clean facility in a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and the prices are good considering its proximity to downtown Austin.
