while making the reservation i need to talk to the facility aha the operator cater first to let him know ages then got on phone to let me know i could finish with them and before we could say but the manager was calling me and had already upgraded my size and helped me pay and answered questions in about 5 min. cause like usual i was in a hurry. thank you for all who i talked to.

The manager i think his name is "Thomas"...? I pray that's correct but anyways he is simply outstanding, he remembered who i was from when i was his client around a year ago and hes just as on point as i can remember him being also... i will always recommend this place simply because of how awesome he was/is and his customer service is lets just say a 10 out of 10 its a good 15 ty again for all your help

Likely my own fault for not checking the unit before move-in, but it was not a rectangular room as I had expected which made packing in significantly more complicated given the reduced floor space. The roll-up door sizes also vary a bit so I recommend checking the width meets your needs. Also I must note there were massive screws coming through the ceiling which meant you couldn’t stuff things all the way to the top without risking scratching them or poking holes in your wrapping. I do want to give a kudos to Thomas (manager there) who was very efficient, professional and kind and the pricing was very affordable.

I would recommend but I did not have a good experience when I set auto-pay and the system did not got it. Then they locked my storage unit and when I went to talk to the manager he didn't believe me until it happen to him (he set it up and next month the system didn't got it). He returned one late fee but did not return the other fee of $25 dlls when he wasn't believing me. So I didn't like that.

I'm really impressed with the employees at uncle bobs, the monthly rate seems reasonable, and the facilities are clean. I have three units already and won't hesitate to get a fourth unit if needed.

I was definitely very happy when I found out that there were hardly any hidden fees. Only a $10 renters insurance fee. The staff was very nice and helpful. They also let me use their moving truck for free (25 miles). I just had to pay for gas and any extra mileage.

Uncle Bob's storage is a great option for your storage needs. The units are reasonably prices, clean, and secure behind a code controlled gate. I have two units there now, and will not hesitate to get a third should I need one.

Were more than willing to hold a space free of charge until I actually needed it. They drove me around to actually see the unit before I chose the one I wanted. Very pleased with their kind and courteous service and clean facilities. Price is in keeping with prices for the area, but higher than I've experienced elsewhere.

I was previously using a different storage company's and was totally getting ripped off on their ever-increasing price. I called Uncle Bob's...went in the next day...was able to do paper work and move right in! Great value and easy to work with!

I looked at a few other storage spaces before selecting this space. I chose it because of the good price, the cleanliness of both the rental space and the grounds outside of the space. The staff was helpful, professional, and efficient in their jobs. You do not find this at all storage facilities.

Great facility and customer service. I was dissapointed to find the free truck offered was not available the day I wanted to move in, this offer was a big part of my desicion to rent here. I ended up having to rent a truck elsewhere for additional money.
