I JUST MOVED TO Austin from San Diego, and had too much stuff in my garage ЁЯШгЁЯШд... I needed decent storage that was not going to be located in an inconvenient location or cost me an arm and a leg. This Public Storage was just off of Interstate 35 and very easy to get into and out of. The cost was more than reasonable, and the staff person that set me up to rent, made the paperwork process easy and not too time consuming ЁЯСМЁЯСН. All these factors work for me, as location and timing were important to me. Security was very good : cameras, entry codes, and well laid out for plans. If someone asks me for any storage facilities I might suggest, this Public Storage is on top of my list! Thank you Public Storage!!!

I was struck with how friendly and professional the first staff person at the new location was. She went through things very clearly and helped me look at the new unit to make sure that I was pleased with it. At my former location, when it became clear that I needed a larger unit & none were available there, I was very pleased by how quickly the Manager found a new location at half the price I was currently paying also in a climate controlled facility. As I am retired and living on my Social Security, this came as a truly welcome surprise. At the new location, Gerald was available should there be any question. Both people were helpful in getting the supplies I purchased into my car. I could not be more pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of my new location. Thanks so much!

This location is amazing. It is clean and well managed. The manager (Ms. Philessa) is very professional. We allow you to look at the storage units to be sure you are renting the right size. She is helpful is going over contracts and insurance for your items. The location is near the University of Texas at Austin so college students can easily get to their stored items from the university on the Red River Shuttle Bus or the public #10 Red River , then a 2 minute walk to the end of the block. If you are needing to store items and you are at the University or the surrounding area, I highly recommend this facility. The prices are very reasonable.

The price was much better than other place that I checked online, and their policies are very convenient. We were in need of a storage facility on short notice and were lucky enough to get a reservation at Public Storage. The facility is clean, secure and convenient. Our representative Philessia was attentive to our needs, thorough and gave us her full attention. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
