This site and Public Storage sold me a 10x20 vehicle storage unit when there is no way for my vehicle to access this location. I have tried to reach the manager several times and have not been able to get through and was told this one person is the only one who can assist me with getting a refund or a transfer. When u called PS customer service, I was told I had to make an appointment to meet the manager and did not receive any confirmation for this appointment. This is not an ethical or well run business. I hope that the manager shows up and can assist me with my situation.

She was very helpful and I was able to get into my unit within minutes. Easy to access my unit and easy to get a cart to help with those big heavy boxes.
