I have been renting storage here for 6 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and they really seem to know what they are doing.

Went with them because of the half off deal for six months and free use (up to 30 miles) of a moving truck. Staff was very friendly but training so check in took longer than it should have. Surprised that there were no dollies onsite but basically no frills storage. Many outdoor, non climate controlled as well as climate controlled on second floor.

I wasn't able to arrive until close to closing time but they didn't seem put out in the least. I had a unit reserved and the maintenance guy hustled to find the key and show me the unit when I requested to see it. After discussing what I'd be storing it seemed like I might actually want a climate controlled unit. Again they had no issues staying late to show me the available units. Paperwork was quick and pretty standard. Very satisfied.
